Job Title : Sr.Consultant
Profile : • Understand the client requirement by interacting and referring the terms of reference(TOR) • Discuss with the Director/Principal Consultant /team involved the approach • Prepare the project track sheet and responsibility of each team members • Undertake data collection, analysis, report preparation and final presentation to client to his satisfaction • Carry out review meeting with the team members • Keep the Director/Principal Consultant informed on the progress • Responsible for the knowledge transfer of the project • Coordinate with Human Resources and close the project • Follow up for the project fee as per the TOR • Address the client queries as and when required • Complete the project in the prescribed quality and time as agreed with client/imaritime. Job Title : Business Analyst
Profile : •Understand the TOR (terms of reference) and carry out the responsibility as described in the project track sheet oAssist the team leader (assistant consultant/consultant) in carrying out the project work by contributing ideas, opinions and new information oUnderstanding the client requirement, perform business analysis, report preparation oData collection, develop models oPreparing the final presentation oAddress the client queries in absence of the team leader/when appropriate oAssist the team leader in compiling and knowledge transfer related to the project •Also work on research assignments (internal & external) •Participate in business development and marketing activities while helping prepare proposals for new engagement opportunities •Conduct primary surveys telephonically / personally / through e-mails as per the requirements •Travel as per the requirements of the assignments •Adhere to systems / processes of the firm •Perform any other duties as may be demanded by the Company from time to time. Job Title : Research Analyst
Profile : Key Responsibilities •Conduct industry, competitive market and technology analysis •Research and track companies and maritime verticals on an ongoing basis •Develop research protocols and analytical frameworks •Actively contribute to the development of thought capital and/or intellectual property of i-maritime •Write research reports / articles on financial and strategic aspects of business, at the company level as well as the industry level •Gather financial, industry-specific market and business information, using internal and external research sources such as industry journals, analyst reports as well as information databases. Desired Candidate Profile •1-4 years of experience in Business research/Business analytics/Market Research/Data Analytics / Financial Research in a KPO / Economic Journalism •Knowledge of logistics / supply chain management / operations / shipping / shipbuilding is added advantage •Should be able to identify researchable ideas •Ability to come up with innovative solutions •Should have good business acumen •Strong Verbal/written Communication skills •Should have sense of Time commitment Qualification Post Graduation in Economics / Mathematics/statistic or B.E/B.Tech(IIT/NIT) with good academic credentials MBA would be an added advantage Candidates working/worked in maritime sector will be preferred

Job Title : Financial Analyst
Profile : • Able to originate our clients core advisory services across corporate finance, M&A, Corporate restructuring, takeover defences and strategic partnerships / joint ventures • Work closely with clients/senior management teams with the ability to develop relationships at the most senior of levels • Provide finance advisory services in corporate strategy & structure, Joint Ventures, Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity/ Venture Capital and loan syndication etc • Handle full transaction cycle including deal originating, due diligence, valuation, structuring, contract negotiation and successful closure of the deal • Guiding the transaction execution and project management.
